Ribbons-101 is a 90-minute class on ribbon microphones taught by Royer Co-Founder/Musician/Ribbon-Mic-Fanatic John Jennings. Using a variety of recordings, photos and videos, John explains what ribbon microphones are and how they reproduce sound so naturally in the studio and on live stages. Attendees leave with an expanded knowledge of ribbon mics, resources for further learning, and user tips on how to get the most out of ribbons on many different instruments.
