We are looking for a qualified audio engineer to join our team at USR Studio! We focus on building brands that are Unique, Simple and Repeatable in various industries, which include fitness, fashion and food. In this role you will work primarily on our fitness brand, Dozen Boxing, to transform the audio and video experience for our customers. We are on the hunt to expand our audio visual team to support our growing initiatives and are looking for a talented audio engineer to come onboard. Responsibilities & Job Duties
Audio editing
Voice over
Creating immersive audio environments
Contribute creative ideas and technical details to the production and engineering teams.
Create and maintain audio schedule creation and forecasting.
Maintain quality standards through consistent playtesting and feedback.
Building sound effects libraries
Foley recording
Create and manage the final sound design mix.
Qualifications
3+ years experience in audio engineering.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Understanding of audio compression technologies and sound formats.
Expertise in sound mixing and sound design software: Logic X, Pro Tools, Adobe Audition,
Expertise in Video editing: Adobe Premiere
Knowledge of video production and able to work with team members
Passion for creating scalable processes that elevate the strategic impact of audio content
Skilled at troubleshooting calmly and effectively under various pressures.
Excellent project management, communication and organizational skills
Has the proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision; must be a self-motivated self-starter.
