We know the statistics and we’ve read the think pieces. Why aren’t there more women in audio? It’s good to be a group of individuals singing our own song; at Facebook, we want more. We want to build a chorus of voices, equally unique and vital, singing for each other. That’s why we titled our event the way we did, and we want you to join us.
Please join the Women of Facebook Sound+Design for an evening of networking and conversation. We’ll tell you about us, who we are and what we do – and in turn we want to hear about you, too. We’ll have a bit of happy hour socializing, and then jump into a few rounds of speed networking. Bring your questions, bring your passions, bring your demos. Most importantly? Bring your voice.
All women-identified (transgender or cisgender), non-binary or gender non-confirming people are welcome to attend.
