We are a well-established, fast paced and expanding West-Hollywood based Professional Audio Distributor of High-End Studio and Location Sound Microphones, complex Multi-Channel AD/DA converters, clocking and sync devises, and accessories. We work with all major Pro Audio Resellers, Contractors, Systems Integrators, and High-End production facilities in the US and Canada.
We are adding an experienced, self-motivated, proactive and goal-oriented Service and Support specialist with excellent technical and communication skills to our team.
Candidates must have experience with professional equipment for production sound, be able to perform basic wiring, testing and modifications of equipment, assist in developing marketing and training material, support our sales team, and interact with customers in a professional way. Additional duties may include preparing for and attending trade shows (NAB, AES) and training of customers.
