DSP & Sync Relations Manager with Heroic – The Netherlands

Heroic is a music management agency with headquarters in The Netherlands and team members distributed worldwide. They provide artist management, record label and publishing services for electronic artists. Their mission is to Empower Creators.

As DSP & Sync Relations Manager you will be responsible for their artists’ performance on DSP platforms and the promotion of artists’ songs for synchronizations worldwide. Activities include creating consistent DSP marketing campaigns and unique opportunities with partners, pitching artists music for synch and networking with relevant people at DSP platforms, sync agencies and music supervisors. You’ll be working closely with their CEO, Marketing Manager and A&R to optimize Heroic release schedule and provide consistent feedback on the progress of campaigns and pitches.

This position favors a person with existing with previous music industry experience – however given the right mindset and ambition they are open to someone learning on the job.

Responsibilities:

• Co-ordination of DSP marketing promotion and campaigns across all DSP platforms (eg. Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube) for Heroic artists’ releases
• Working with Heroic’s marketing manager to optimize release schedules
• Networking with people from DSP, synch agencies and music supervisors at relevant industry events
• Key point of contact for Heroic’s sync agents for briefs and music updates
• Working with Heroic’s A&R and marketing managers to estimate the potential commercial value of releases
• Maintaining and growing relationships with key people across all DSP platforms, sync agents and music supervisors

• Excellent command of the English language (Dutch is a bonus)

• We are open to filling this role remotely, however the ability to work from our offices in The Hague, NL or a willingness to move is a large perk.
