Summary
Recount Media is looking for a talented editor, engineer, and audio content producer to assist in podcast production and to be a part of a team covering politics during the most important election in recent history.
Reporting to the EP, the Sound Engineer will work with Recount’s Original Content team to record and edit podcast content.
Responsibilities

- Record podcast interviews, ad reads, and any other relevant content
- Edit, mix and master podcast episodes
- Create organized project templates for podcast episodes
- Help develop best practices and guidelines for recording and editing audio content
- Source sound effects, music, and additional content as required
Experience & Qualifications

- 1+ years of recording and sound editing experience
- Ability to take raw audio and turn it into coherent podcast meeting specific TRT requirements
- High level of organization with strong ability to multitask
- A strong ability to problem solve and come up with solutions
