As a participant of WAM’s programs, students are often be photographed or recorded, and WAM may use such photographs and/or video for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as fund raising, board reports, publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content. Photographs and their use in storytelling in social media play an important role in raising awareness and funding for the WAM mission. Access License: Participants in our courses are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and view the course materials solely for personal educational purposes. This license does not grant the right to save, download, record, or share these materials with others. Prohibited Actions: Participants are expressly prohibited from saving, downloading, recording, or otherwise duplicating any course materials provided. Participants are also prohibited from sharing, distributing, or making available any course materials to third parties, whether for free or for a fee. Monitoring and Enforcement: Women’s Audio Mission reserves the right to monitor the use of course materials to ensure compliance with these terms and conditions. If any unauthorized use is detected, appropriate legal action may be taken, and the participant’s access to the course may be terminated without refund. Legal Consequences: Violating these terms and conditions may lead to legal action, including but not limited to civil suits for damages and injunctive relief.
