Are you available to attend the Internship Program orientation on Thursday, September 19th, 2024 from 10:30am-4pm in San Francisco?*

Interns are assigned to support WAM instructors during one semester (or summer term) of Girls on the Mic class and one series (4-8 weeks) of an Adult Education class. These are held in our SF locations. It's essential that you are able to attend. These times are estimates because programming is subject to change. Please check each box to confirm whether you are available during the following dates and times for WAM Education Program Support.

Once accepted into the program, each intern will be assigned one Girls on the Mic class to support. The Girls on the Mic classes happen in many schools and only once a week, at the school locations, hosted by a trained, WAM instructor. The courses meet the same day/time every week for the duration of your internship. We will work interns to best fit their schedules. To help ensure availability, we're asking about all three days that we run Girls on the Mic. Are you available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays between 2-6 pm in the Bay Area to serve as a teaching assistant to Girls on the Mic?*

WAM hosts college level courses for adults. Interns are also sometimes invited to serve as support to the staff. Are you available Mondays-Thursdays from 6pm-9:30pm and occasionally on a weekend in the Bay Area for in-person Adult Education support?*
