WAM is excited to partner with the West Bay Pilipino Center this summer for an 8-week workshop series, where girls will create radio dramas, produce and record their own songs, learn about live sound and sound for film, and more!
The West Bay Pilipino Center is committed to enhancing the lives of Filipino youth that reside in the SoMa District. One of the most important vital services that West Bay added in response to community feedback is its afterschool and summer youth programs. Girls on the Mic will be working with girls, elementary age to high school, from the center’s summer program.
